Testing

Oxford's process begins with thorough, professional testing. These tests are diagnostic in nature and provide a complete list of everything your child needs to master in order to catch up and successfully complete current school work. A prescriptive program is then designed based on their individual academic needs.

 

Our Director meets with you every 18 hours to give you an update on your child's progress. An Oxford student will often show a one or two year grade improvement in 36 hours. After 36 hours, we retest the students to monitor their progress and show you, the parent, the areas in which your child has improved.

 

One of the great benefits of our program is that all students become comfortable with any form of testing. Testing can be a huge anxiety for many students and that is half the battle in getting good grades. Because students learn at different rates, there is constant monitoring and adjustments made to their program through testing and feedback.

 

Our goals include keeping you informed and aware of your child's education and progress. For a student struggling at school, it is such a self-esteem builder to bring home high scoring tests to their parents.
